  • Fit the models smaller than usual?

    Our models usually have a standard size.   • How can I check my shoe size?

    To check the footwear measurements in our size guide, you should take into account that the tables detail the measurements in mm of the inner sole of each model and the height from the sole to top, so you should measure your foot and compare the measurement with those of the inner sole.
  • How can I find the product I want?

    You can search for the product in two ways: 1- Entering the name of the product in the search bar located at the top / right of the page: 2- Selecting the different drop-down of product categories until you reach the one you want.
  • How can I know when a product is going to be replaced?

    If the product you want is temporarily sold out, you can leave your email in the product description sheet, choosing the size you need, and we will send you an email as soon as it becomes available again.
  • I have not received one of the items in my order.

  • The color of the product I ordered is not exactly the same as the image on the web.

    You should keep in mind that, due to the digitalization of the image, the display technologies and the lighting, small variations of product color may occur. However, we always try to make the image as faithful as possible to the physical product.
  • The product I received is defective.

    In case you have received an item of your defective order, do not return it, contact us through our contact form. 
  • The product that I bought seems to be of different size in the images of the web.

    The size of the products can be perceived differently depending on the model that appears in the photograph. Please check the photographs of all models to make sure the actual size. You can see the measurements of each of our models in the size guide.

  • What guarantee do the products have?

    All our products have a 2 year warranty for manufacturing defect. Wear or deterioration due to use is not a reason for warranty. If upon receiving an item, it presents a defect, you will have 14 days to be able to indicate the incidence.
