What are the conditions for returning my product?

In order for a return to be accepted by Break&Walk, it must comply with the following conditions:

1. That it has not been used.
2. That it has not suffered any damage.
3. It has to be in the same conditions as it was initially sent to the customer, and keep the original package and all its contents (labels, papers and other elements it may contain).
4. That the original box hasn’t been written on, or doesn’t have anything stuck on to it.

If any of the conditions indicated in this section are not meet, Break&Walk will reserve the right to refuse the return.
Once the return is refused, the customer will have 3 months to pick up the package from our warehouse, assuming the shipping cost. If the package is not picked up by the customer within 3 months, it will be sent to charity.
