Can my order be delivered at my workplace?
We can deliver your order in your home or at your workplace. If you want it to be shipped to your workplace, make sure that someone will be available to pick up your parcel. -
Can my order be delivered in a Post Office Box?
We are not authorized to ship to Post Office Boxes. However, we can ship to any address you indicate. Just make sure that there will be someone available to pick up your parcel. -
You can check your order status by clicking in the link located in the Shipping Confirmation Email. If you did not receive the Shipping Confirmation Email, you can check your order status in the Track your Order section. You just have to add your email address, order number and click Send.

Delivery time will depend on the shipping address. You can check the delivery time in some countries here: https://www.breakwalk.com/pages/shipping The estimated time of delivery for orders received during promotional and sales periods might be slightly delayed.

If your order appears as Delivered but you didn’t pick it up, please check if someone (family, neighbours, co-workers…) could have picked it up for you. If it is not the case, please get in touch with us through our Contact Form. -

If your order is detained by customs waiting to be inspected, once this process is completed and the parcel is accepted, it will enter the postal network for delivery. -
