Unless otherwise specified, shipping costs are responsibility of the customer. Also, the customer has the responsibility to check, when the order has been received, that the shipment is in good condition.
If the box is opened, or the wrapping appearance makes you doubt or suspect that the product may have been manipulated, the customer should not receive it, immediately notifying Break&Walk through our Contact Form.
